Delivery Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed and normally dispatched within 1-2 working days if items are in stock.

Shipping

Software Licenses are e-mailed to your registered email address on the day of Order Processing.
Hardware Deliveries inside the UK are dispatched next working day and cost £14+VAT per shipment regardless of order size.
Shipping costs to other countries may vary, we will notify you of costs on receipt of your order and you will have the right to cancel or alter the order.
Other shipping options can be arranged such as evening or weekend deliveries please e-mail us with your requirements before submitting your order.

If for some reason any hardware is not in stock, we cannot deliver to your location or there is any other reason that we cannot be sure to deliver to you within 5 working days, we will e-mail you to let you know and you will have the opportunity to cancel all or part of your order.

The company reserves the right by giving notice to the customer before dispatch, to alter the price, the quantity or the specifications for the Goods due to any factor beyond our control. In this case the customer will have the right to cancel or alter your order.
