Software Licenses

One year of online support is provided free with every software purchase. This entitles you to any updates or bug fixes released in that year.
So please report any issues to us here - we aim to fix most issues within 14 days.

Hardware Purchases

If any Hardware purchase is faulty on arrival, please return the product to us within 14 days and you will receive a full refund or we can arrange a replacement.
Please contact us to inform us that you intend to return the item so that we can advise on how to arrange collection.

Any goods incorrectly purchased by the customer may be subject to a 15% restock fee and the cost of returning the goods will also be met by the customer. Please see our distributor's returns policy and complete the form included.

Most products are covered by manufacturers Warrantee - please consult your product documentation for details.
