We can normally sell and ship to you wherever you are in the world.

There are many peculiarities with international deliveries and with charging VAT in the UK and the EU. Our online shop may not automatically handle every instance so we will contact you during order processing if there are any alterations to be made.

Charging and Refunding VAT

Our online shop may charge VAT and may omit to charge VAT if it detects you are outside the UK. We will correct any errors during order processing acording to the rules below.

If you are Outside the EU you are not charged VAT on software or hardware, we will refund any VAT paid during order processing.

If you are Inside the UK you are charged VAT on all products and if you are VAT registered you will be able to claim this back from HMRC.

If you are a Non-UK EU VAT Registered Business you need not be charged VAT but we need your full address and local VAT registration number. Please e-mail vat@geckofoot.com with your VAT details and we will refund any VAT paid to us.

If you are Inside the EU but not VAT registered you are charged VAT on all software, hardware and services.

Deliveries

Our standard delivery rate within the UK is £15+VAT. Deliveries outside the UK may have different charges, we will contact you during order processing to advise.

Most countries do not charge any import duty, we do our own checks before dispatch, but we recommend you also check your local regulations as we cannot refund any import duty charged to you by your local authorities.
